When you fill in a form on this site we receive the name, phone number, email address, service address and message you type. When you call us we keep a record of the call and what you needed. We also use Google Analytics, which collects anonymous usage data such as which pages were viewed and roughly where in the world the visitor is.
Why we collect it
To answer your request, quote the work, schedule a technician, and follow up about the job. We do not build advertising profiles from it and we do not sell it.
Text messages
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors who help us deliver the service itself, such as our messaging provider, and those subcontractors are not permitted to use it for their own marketing.

Who else sees your information
Only the people and services that need it to do the job: the technician assigned to your call, our scheduling and messaging software, and our website host. We do not sell, rent or trade your information to anybody.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept for as long as we may need them for warranty, tax and legal reasons. You can ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. You can decline analytics cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page.
